Pre-orders for Apple’s new iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max have opened across the UAE, with the latest smartphones expected to become available from September 18 as major telecom operators introduce instalment options for customers.
Etisalat and du have announced payment plans allowing customers to purchase the new devices over several months rather than paying the full price upfront. The options cover different storage capacities and are available exclusively to customers taking postpaid plans.
Etisalat is offering customers the choice of paying for the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max over six, 12, 18 or 24 months. Customers who prefer to settle the full cost immediately can also make a one-time payment.
Du is offering instalment plans over 12 or 24 months, giving customers longer payment periods to spread the cost of the new smartphones.
Both operators are offering different prices depending on the selected storage capacity. The devices are available with 256GB, 512GB, 1TB and 2TB storage options, allowing customers to choose according to their needs and budget.
The iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max are being offered in four colours: black, silver, glacier and the newly introduced burgundy. The latest models feature a smaller Dynamic Island, which Apple says provides a more useful experience while taking up less space on the display.
The smartphones are powered by Apple’s A20 Pro chip and feature a next-generation vapour chamber designed to improve heat management during demanding tasks. The combination is expected to provide the highest sustained performance available in an iPhone to date.
The launch comes as demand for Apple’s latest premium smartphones builds in the UAE, with customers able to secure their devices ahead of general availability.
The instalment schemes from the country’s major telecom operators are aimed at customers who want to spread payments over several months. However, buyers must subscribe to eligible postpaid plans to access the pre-order offers.
With availability scheduled from September 18, customers who have already placed pre-orders through du or Etisalat are expected to receive their devices as stock becomes available.
The introduction of multiple payment periods and storage choices gives UAE consumers several ways to purchase the latest Pro models, while the new hardware and design changes mark Apple’s latest push in the premium smartphone market.
