Ariane Projects Showcases Expanding Property Portfolio at Cityscape Qatar 2026

Ariane Projects is presenting its expanding real estate portfolio and future development plans at Cityscape Qatar 2026, which runs until October 29 at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre (DECC), as the developer continues to deliver existing projects and prepare new residential offerings.

The company’s participation highlights its focus on construction quality, strategic locations and sustainable growth in Qatar’s property market.

Sheikh Suhaim bin Khalid bin Hamad al-Thani, chairman of Ariane Projects, said the company aims to maintain its growth in Qatar, drawing on experience gained since its establishment in 2013. He said the strategy centres on measured expansion, improving property standards and aligning investment plans with the company’s ability to execute projects.

Sheikh Jassim bin Jabr Abdulaziz al-Thani, chief executive of Ariane Projects, said Cityscape offers an opportunity to present developments, engage with customers and investors, and understand changing market requirements.

Among the projects on display is The 28 Residences in Lusail Marina, featuring two waterfront towers with more than 650 residential units and retail space, linked by an architectural bridge.

The company is also showcasing Twin Gardens Residences in Al Erkyah, a 10-storey development comprising 377 apartments, alongside a ground floor and rooftop. The project offers one-, two- and three-bedroom units, with selected apartments featuring maid’s rooms. Facilities include swimming pools, padel courts, a gym, jogging tracks, children’s play areas and landscaped spaces.

Other developments in the portfolio include Terra Gardens, comprising 56 villas near Hamad Medical City, as well as Scala North, Scala South, duplex units at Milos and land plots for sale in Umm Salal Ali.

Ariane Projects has completed handovers at La Verde, while handover procedures for Urjuan are expected to finish in November 2026. The company is targeting delivery of Al Erkyah Avenue, Rivan and Scala in 2027.

The developer manages 23 projects across 13 locations in Qatar, with a combined built-up area exceeding one million square metres. Its portfolio spans apartments, villas, duplexes and land, serving homebuyers and investors with different requirements.

Sheikh Jassim said Qatar’s property market had remained active in 2026, with buyers showing continued interest in residential developments offering attractive locations and clear investment fundamentals.

He said purchasing decisions increasingly depend on factors beyond price and location, including design, construction quality, the developer’s track record, delivery commitments and available amenities. Lusail, he added, demonstrates the appeal of integrated urban destinations combining residential, business, leisure and service facilities.

Sheikh Jassim stressed that meeting construction and handover schedules was essential to maintaining customer confidence. He said the company would continue to prioritise project delivery, strengthen project management and improve the customer experience while developing properties designed to offer quality living spaces and long-term investment value.
