Paris, July 29, 2024 — His Excellency Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani, Minister of Interior and Commander of the Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya), visited the Qatari security contingent stationed in Paris for the 33rd Summer Olympic Games.
During his visit, HE Sheikh Khalifa met with various officials and security leaders responsible for ensuring the safety of the international event. He was briefed on the comprehensive efforts made by the Qatari forces in securing the games, as well as the current status of operations at the main Olympic Games security center. The visit underscored Qatar’s commitment to contributing to the safety and security of this global sporting event.
