UAE Rulers Extend Condolences to Saudi King on the Passing of Prince Khalid bin Mohammed Al Saud

The rulers of the United Arab Emirates have conveyed heartfelt condolences to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia, following the passing of Prince Khalid bin Mohammed bin Turki bin Abdulaziz bin Turki Al Saud.

In separate messages sent to King Salman, the UAE leaders expressed their deep sympathy and solidarity with the royal family and the people of Saudi Arabia during this time of mourning.

Among those offering condolences were His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah; His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman; His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah; His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mu’alla, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al Qaiwain; and His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah.

In their messages, the UAE rulers offered prayers for the late prince, asking Almighty Allah to grant him mercy and forgiveness, and to bestow patience and comfort upon King Salman and the bereaved Al Saud family.

The Crown Princes and Deputy Rulers of the emirates also sent similar messages to the Saudi monarch, expressing their heartfelt condolences and reaffirming the UAE’s shared grief over the loss.

The UAE and Saudi Arabia share deep-rooted fraternal ties based on mutual respect, shared history, and close cooperation across political, cultural, and humanitarian fields. Expressions of sympathy between the two nations’ leaderships underscore the enduring solidarity and unity that bind the Gulf states together.
