Mashriq Elite Real Estate Development has announced the successful handover of its flagship residential project, Floareá Residence, located in Arjan within Dubai’s Dubailand master community. The nine-storey development comprises 206 fully finished, semi-furnished designer apartments and marks a major milestone for the developer’s growing portfolio in the emirate.
Launched in September 2023, the project’s handover was completed by August 2025—well within the developer’s promised timeline. During a handover ceremony, Mashriq Elite said the project demonstrates its commitment to quality construction and timely delivery.

Upcoming projects include Floarea Vista in Discovery Gardens, Floarea Grande in Arjan, Floarea Skies in Jumeirah Village Circle, and Floarea Oasis in Dubai Land Residential Complex. Additional projects are also planned for Dubai Islands, Meydan District 11, and Dubai Production City, where the developer has already secured land parcels.
Floareá Residence stands out for its architectural design and luxury amenities. It features Dubai’s first residential waterfall, a five-metre-high and 30-metre-wide cascade flowing from an infinity pool on the first floor, surrounded by landscaped walkways. The project was fully sold out within 35 days of its off-plan launch, with Dubai Land Department registrations completed in just 60 days. This reflects strong investor appetite for new developments in the emirate, which saw 40,500 off-plan transactions worth AED 90 billion recorded by May 2025.
