Emirates Expands Refurbished Boeing 777 Service to Seoul and London Stansted

Emirates is set to expand the destinations served by its upgraded Boeing 777 aircraft, adding Seoul, South Korea, and London Stansted in the UK to its growing network of routes featuring enhanced cabin experiences.

Starting Monday, April 14, Emirates will deploy its retrofitted four-class Boeing 777 on flights EK324 and EK325 between Dubai and Seoul. The aircraft will operate on this route three times a week—on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays—making Seoul the second East Asian city to receive the airline’s refurbished aircraft, following Tokyo-Narita.

The upgraded Boeing 777 features Emirates’ award-winning Premium Economy cabin, along with a newly configured Business Class designed for enhanced passenger comfort. By July 2025, the airline expects to offer more than 3,150 weekly Premium Economy seats on Boeing 777 and Airbus A380 aircraft across six key destinations in Southeast and East Asia, including Tokyo-Narita, Tokyo-Haneda, Osaka, Singapore, Seoul, and Shenzhen.

London Stansted will also welcome Emirates’ retrofitted Boeing 777 starting Wednesday, May 7, joining London Heathrow and Edinburgh as the third UK airport to receive the upgraded aircraft. In addition to London Stansted, Emirates’ network of European destinations served by the four-class Boeing 777 includes Brussels, Geneva, Zurich, Vienna, and Athens.

The refurbished aircraft features a four-class layout, including Emirates’ Premium Economy cabins, which have been praised for their spacious seating and high-end amenities. The new Business Class configuration also offers a 1-2-1 seating arrangement, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort for passengers.

The latest expansion is part of Emirates’ ongoing retrofit program, aimed at enhancing its fleet and providing an upgraded travel experience for passengers worldwide.
