The 21st edition of the International Property Show (IPS) 2025 is set to officially open its doors on Monday, April 14, at the Dubai World Trade Centre, bringing together key global stakeholders in the real estate industry. The event is being organized by the Dubai Land Department and aligns with the ambitious goals outlined in the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033.
The IPS 2025 Show aims to further elevate Dubai’s position as a premier global hub for sustainable and innovative real estate investment. Majid Al Marri, CEO of the Real Estate Registration Sector at Dubai Land Department and Chairman of the IPS Organizing Committee, highlighted the strategic importance of the event.
“Dubai Land Department’s organization of IPS 2025 reflects its commitment to advancing the sustainability of the real estate sector and fostering integration across its diverse components,” Al Marri stated. “This exhibition serves as a unified platform that brings together key local and international players to promote innovation, smart solutions, and long-term competitiveness.”
The three-day event will host over 500 international delegates from countries such as the United States, India, Spain, Portugal, Mexico, Brazil, Ecuador, and Panama. More than 300 exhibitors are expected to participate, with strong representation from the UAE and other global markets including Indonesia, Poland, China, Greece, Georgia, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Oman.
IPS 2025 will be organized around five key thematic pillars: real estate, future cities, startups and proptech, design, and services. The exhibition will feature a packed agenda of activities designed to foster dialogue, innovation, and business partnerships.
Highlights of the event include industry-specific conferences, expert-led panel discussions, investment advisory sessions, and project showcases by leading global developers. Specialized areas such as country pavilions, an investor zone, and a startup and PropTech competition will provide tailored experiences for participants across all sectors of the real estate value chain.
Organizers also expect the signing of several memoranda of understanding (MoUs) during the show, further solidifying cross-border collaboration and investment. The inclusion of startup platforms and tech showcases signals Dubai’s growing emphasis on integrating proptech and digital transformation into its real estate strategy.
IPS 2025 is being positioned not only as a real estate exhibition but as a global platform for collaboration, innovation, and sustainable development in line with Dubai’s future-focused vision. The event continues to serve as a vital link between local developers and international investors, paving the way for the next phase of growth in Dubai’s dynamic property market.
