BNW Developments Expands Footprint Across Northern Emirates With New Luxury Projects

BNW Developments is strengthening its position in the UAE’s competitive real estate market as it pushes ahead with a series of large-scale projects across Ras Al Khaimah. The company’s approach, centred on long-term value and lifestyle-focused design, has helped establish it as a key player in the fast-growing northern emirates.

Led by Chairman and Founder Ankur Aggarwal and Managing Director and Co-founder Vivek Anand Oberoi, the developer has positioned itself in emerging districts such as Al Marjan Island, RAK Central and the Beach District. Both leaders emphasise a model built on clarity, precise execution and steady delivery. Aggarwal said the company aims to create living environments built for lasting value, while Oberoi highlighted that trust and consistency remain central to their work.

BNW has focused on locations undergoing rapid transformation, identifying Al Marjan Island’s waterfront setting and RAK Central’s expanding urban presence as ideal sites for high-end residential and branded developments. Aggarwal said the northern emirates are entering a new phase of investment-led growth, which is drawing increasing attention from buyers and developers seeking new luxury destinations.

The company’s projects follow a structured development process, with each stage—site preparation, ground works and foundations—deliberately sequenced to maintain quality and reduce risk. This approach has strengthened confidence among investors and buyers, who closely monitor progress across Ras Al Khaimah as demand rises for reliable developers.

BNW’s partnerships with international brands have added weight to its portfolio. A key collaboration with the Indian Hotels Company Limited is bringing the Taj Wellington Mews residences to Al Marjan Island, adding hotel-inspired amenities to residential living. The firm has also partnered with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and aligned with FashionTV for the lifestyle-focused Acacia project. These partnerships aim to bring global design standards and hospitality-led services to the UAE’s property sector.

On the ground, BNW’s construction activity highlights steady progress across several major sites. Soil enhancement and shoring works on Al Marjan Island have been completed, piling is finished for the Aqua Arc development and MAN Construction has been appointed as main contractor. Additional piling contracts are in final review, preparing the company to move into its next construction phases. Work at RAK Central is also advancing, with surveys, geotechnical studies and conceptual planning underway.

BNW plans to accelerate its expansion with a development pipeline valued at around Dh32 billion. The company’s leadership says its focus will remain on branded residences, mixed-use communities and lifestyle-led projects aimed at high-net-worth buyers. With a growing team and rising visibility, BNW is positioned to play a defining role in shaping the future of Ras Al Khaimah’s luxury real estate market.

Oberoi said the company’s goal is to ensure residents and buyers see tangible progress at each step, adding that BNW intends to keep evolving its developments to match shifting expectations of modern luxury.
