The United Arab Emirates is among only five countries worldwide to receive early access to Samsung’s latest foldable smartphone, the Galaxy Z TriFold, highlighting the country’s status as a regional hub for early technology adoption. The device was first previewed at an exclusive event in Dubai Mall on December 2, coinciding with the UAE’s National Day celebrations, emphasizing the nation’s role as a launch platform for next-generation innovations.

The Galaxy Z TriFold features a tri-folding design that transforms the device from a compact smartphone into a 10-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display. This allows users to switch effortlessly between phone, tablet, and multi-window productivity modes. The device is powered by the Snapdragon® 8 Elite for Galaxy processor and is equipped with a 200-megapixel camera system, Samsung’s largest foldable battery to date, a reinforced Armor Aluminum frame, and a newly engineered titanium hinge designed to withstand repeated folding.
Samsung has enhanced the Galaxy Z TriFold’s productivity and creativity capabilities with Galaxy AI. Users can take advantage of three-app multi-window layouts, standalone Samsung DeX without external hardware, and advanced creative tools including Photo Assist, Generative Edit, Sketch to Image, and real-time multimodal assistance through Gemini Live. These features aim to provide a seamless experience for both professional and personal use, bridging the gap between mobile convenience and desktop-level productivity.
