🔸️ The project features two majestic towers, the first rising to 225 meters and the second to 275 meters, reflecting architectural grandeur and advanced design. These towers house a luxurious hotel comprising 41 tourist apartments, in addition to 14 suites and apartments, making it an ideal destination for those seeking luxury and opulence.
🔸️ Close to the hotel is a resort that includes 120 rooms and 45 residential villas overlooking the beach, combining comfort and luxury. “EPICON” has been designed sustainably, in harmony with the surrounding natural environment, reaffirming NEOM’s commitment to preserving nature.
